Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue uses slow, deliberate strokes and firmer pressure to make contact with the deeper muscle tissues and fascia. Forearms, loose fists, and elbows are employed when necessary. This modality is good for stubborn knots, chronic tension, and can improve overall mobility.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal is for pregnant clients in their second or third trimester. It is tailored to the changing body during pregnancy. This modality uses gentle, pregnancy-safe pressure, and side-lying positions with supportive cushions. Benefits include easing lower back pain, reducing swelling in ankles and feet, and improving sleep.

Couples Massage Class
Book this class with a friend or partner and learn simple massage techniques to give a great massage at home. This is great for a date night, anniversary, or any time you want to increase your skills of touch, attunement, and connection. The class will be experiential, with both people getting a chance to give and receive, as well as time allotted for questions.

Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish relaxation massage is a gentle, classic modality designed to calm your nervous system, ease mild muscle tension, and boost circulation. Long, gliding strokes, compression, and kneading are part of this method. Benefits include stress relief, better sleep, and increased flexibility.

Cupping and Massage
Cupping is great for getting into tense muscles and fascia. After warming up tissues with manual massage, silicone cups that glide along the muscle tissues are used, and can be followed by vacuum cups that stay stationary. It is common to have circular marks that look like a bruise, but shouldn’t be tender like a bruise. They usually fade in 3-5 days. This technique boosts blood flow and eases tension.
60 minute: $125, can be an add on to Swedish or Deep Tissue for $20
