I’ve lived in Austin since 2001. I love it here because of the green spaces and the deep community of magical people committed to presence, embodiment, and wellness.

I went to massage school at Lauterstein Conway after many happy years teaching elementary school music. My work days are a lot different now that when I was teaching. It’s nice to move more slowly and I enjoy the quiet. The commonality is that I’m still caring for people, being creative, and listening deeply.

When I’m not in session with clients, I enjoy going on adventures with my school-age sons, walking my dogs, dancing, collecting records, meditation, and tending my many houseplants.
